FunFly Aerosports is Ireland’s newest Flying Club offering affordable flight training in the Leinster Area. Whether you would just like to fly for fun or start working towards a career as an airline pilot, FunFly Aerosports is the place to start. On your first flight, your fully qualified flight instructor will talk you through the basics of how to fly, you’ll sit in the pilot’s seat and be given the opportunity to fly the aircraft yourself!
FunFly Aerosports Flying Club is based at Clonbullogue, Co. Offaly not far from Edenderry. They have a fleet of four, new and modern ICP Savannah aircraft. They are all fitted with dual controls and modern radios and flight instruments. With their high wing, they offer unrivalled visibility to give you a unique perspective of the Irish landscape below. Situated in open airspace, you will have the opportunity to fly north, south, east or west to explore the midlands from the air.
If you really enjoy it, your first lesson will count towards the course requirements for both of the two European Pilot Licences we offer. On completion of the course, you can take friends and family flying, visit other airfields around the country or work towards a commercial flying licence in the Flying Club aircraft.
