I’m a Physiotherapist at Total Physio in Dublin, and feature regularly on radio discussing all types of injuries and prevention strategies. I have a direct line to Healthy Elf in the North Pole, and developed the “Get Fit with Santa” series for Christmas FM in 2020. Santa thought it was really great to promote movement in a positive way for all the little elves. I have been a co-presenter since 2021.
