The Christmas spirit is well and truly alive in the UK retailer’s new Christmas advert.
It’s the one we’ve all been waiting for and we’re delighted to see John Lewis use its Christmas ad to raise awareness of children in care. It tells the story of a middle-aged man learning to skateboard before welcoming a young teenager into the family home.

The ad ends by saying: “Over 108,000 children in the UK are in the care system. We’re making a long-term commitment to support the futures of young people from care.”
John Lewis have said they are proud to use its Christmas ad to “generate conversation and action around an often overlooked issue”.
