Give the Gift of Childhood to those who need it most, because every child deserves Magic at Christmas.

The biggest day of the year for Christmas FM is coming up!  Donation Day is the day we raise the most for our charity partner. The annual 12-hour radiothon is a total frenzy but it’s always loads of fun!  We ask our listeners to dig deep and donate what they can – and you have never let us down in 16 years since Christmas FM started.

Our aim is to raise One Million Euro over three years – 2022, 2023 and 2024 – for The Magic of Christmas Appeal – and it’s you our glorious and kind listeners – who will call the shots on Donation Day on whether we do this or not. 

In 2022 we raised almost 300,000 euro in total – on Donation Day alone we blasted our target and this year we would be thrilled to do the same with your help.

Last year we were also broadcasting from the Clayton Hotel in Liffey Valley and had well-known faces dropping into the studio all day.  And this year we also have loads of special visitors lined up!

By the 7pm deadline on Donation Day last year we had raised €161,486 for Barnardos, Barretstown, Make-A-Wish Ireland and The Community Foundation for Ireland through The Magic of Christmas appeal, and on 20 December 2023, with your help, we know we can smash this result.
