Healthy Holiday Kitchen. During the holiday season it is pretty much just accepted that we will all attend quite a few parties in the name of festivities. I mean that’s what the holidays are all about really isn’t it? Getting together with friends and loved ones and even sometimes not so loved ones! Well if you’re hosting a party or having the luxury of perhaps just attending a few then this is the tipple for you!
Whether you’re big into alcohol or not it doesn’t matter because at some point there might be someone that doesn’t want to drink any more! Good for adults and children alike and most importantly adored by all!

INGREDIENTS
1 Litre Pomegranate Juice
1 Litre Ginger ale
6 Clementine’s
½ cup pomegranate seeds
1 Tbsps. Orange peel

This really could not be easier…….. Juice the clementine’s and add to the ginger ale and pomegranate juice.

Now you can buy pomegranate juice or you can squeeze your own. I’m not going to lie to you; I absolutely do not have the time to squeeze pomegranates so I buy the juice and make up for it by squeezing the clementine’s. I don’t feel bad about it so neither should you but if you want to make it all yourself then more power to ya!
Pour the mixture into some fancy glasses. I like to use champagne glasses but martini glasses would work well too!

Top with some pomegranate seeds and a pinch of orange peel and hey presto! What a fancy pants cocktail maker you are!
