What could be better than chocolate and reindeer? A stunning reindeer MADE of chocolate?!
We never cease to be amazed by the wit, humour, ingenuity and passion of humans on social media.
However, even we were stopped in our tracks when we saw this incredible video of a chocolate reindeer being created, complete with a plush sleigh boasting a ‘Santa 21’ number plate.
The breathtaking creation is the work of Amaury Guichon – head instructor and co-founder of The Pastry Academy in the United States.
The culinary master has a host of incredible edible sculptures on his Instagram page and he told his five million followers (yes, MILLION) that Santa’s reindeer took him five days to make.
Sharing a video of how it was made, he wrote:
“Reindeer in training right before Christmas! This Chocolate Showpiece took me 5 days, weighs 65lbs and is 5ft long. He is so cute 🥰”
